Meet Katie
Katie Atkinson is the Showroom Manager based in our Harrisonburg showroom. In addition to taking care of the showroom and greeting our customers, Katie offers sales support for Ashley.
She has lived in Harrisonburg for over 26 years and brings a wealth of experience to this key role. Her 12 years in the cabinetry business and over 30 years of experience in Sales and Customer Management has given her both the knowledge and the empathy needed to make a clients' experience less overwhelming and more enjoyable. Her ability to connect with people and helping them to feel at ease has led to her success.
Katie has been married to her husband, Tony, for 37 years. They are often found spending time outdoors, working out, listening to local music and especially enjoying their 3 adult children and 9 grandchildren.
Her love for family brings a sense of warmth and balance to her life and makes her an inspiring role model both professionally and personally!
Katie believes that the art of listening, clear communication and thorough follow-through are essential for delivering an excellent customer experience.
